The Tool

I've been thinking about onboarding a lot lately, and to celebrate the end of the year (and my 24th blog post!), I'm going to break from my typical format and present 10 rules for effective corporate onboarding, along with 10 questions a learning designer should ask to evaluate their current onboarding program.
